This technician oversees the management of exports or imports of goods and services.  The main tasks are: carrying out market studies, developing market entry strategies, determining prices, modes of payment and financing, negotiating with foreign entities, planning the logistics of service delivery, supervising operations and ensuring the application of follow-up policies assuring satisfaction and continuing good relations between all stakeholders.

Foreign Trade Training Centre (FTTC) has been the training arm of the Egyptian Ministry of Trade & Industry since 2001. The Inter-American Institute for Cooperation on Agriculture (IICA) is a specialized agency of the Inter-American System, and its purposes are to encourage and support the efforts of its Member States to achieve agricultural development and well-being for rural populations.
