Quantity Discounts

NOTE: no returns on textbooks purchased at a discount
300 to 399 copies of same title per order Discount - $5.00/textbook
400 to 499 copies of same title per order Discount - $10.00/textbook
500 to 599 copies of same title per order Discount - $15.00/textbook 

Return Policy

1. No returns on textbooks purchased at a quantity discount. 
2. Returns must be preauthorized by FITT.
3. Returns must be requested within 90 days of date on invoice.
4. Return requests to include the quantity, title and version # of the book, FITT invoice # and date.
5. Books must be received in new and sellable condition to be credited. Books not received in new condition will not be returned to client and a credit note will not be issued.
6. Books damaged in transit are not the responsibility of FITT. Please make a claim with the carrier.
