Class Lists, eBooks, Registration for Assessments and Administration

The coordinator must forward to FITT a class list that includes the course information, the students’ information (e-mail addresses are mandatory) as well as the assessment deadline, a minimum of 3 business days prior to the commencement of each course. The class list is required in advance of delivering any materials to the institution or the students.

Each student will be sent assessment instructions via email once they have been registered for the online examination. Assessments must be written within 30 days of the course end date.

Projects are submitted to FITT through FITT’s online submission form. All projects must be submitted within 30 days of the course end date. 

*Requests to add participants to the class AFTER the class list has been submitted to FITT: Please note that requests received will take up to 3 days to process. This will affect delivery of eBooks and access to assessments. Please take this into consideration when submitting additional students after the class start date.
 

 Refunds/Student Withdrawals

For Delivery Partners

FITT must receive written notice of student withdrawal(s) prior to the course end date. If the written notice is received in due time, the institution will be invoiced for a partial Participant Fee of $60.00 (cost of eBook). If written withdrawal notice is not provided to FITT prior to the course end date, the institution will be invoiced the full Participant Fee of $160.00.

For Delivery Partners offering the courses in a 2-day format: FITT must receive written notice of student withdrawal(s) within the first (1) day of the FITTskills course start date. If the written notice is received in due time, the institution will be invoiced for a partial Participant Fee of $60.00 (cost of eBook). If written withdrawal notice is not provided to FITT by the first (1) day of course, the institution will be invoiced the full Participant Fee of $160.00. 

For Platinum Accredited Partners

First thirty days (30) of a course start date: Withdrawal of a student within the first thirty (30) days of the FITTskills course start date will entitle Educational Partners to a full refund less a $200.00 administration fee.

After first thirty (30) days of a course start date: Withdrawal of a student after the first thirty (30) days of a FITTskills course start date are not entitled to a refund.
