I’m taking a course through one of FITT’s educational partners. Who should I contact if I have questions?
Your first point of contact is your institution’s FITT Coordinator. Visit our Instructor-Led Courses page to see who the FITT Coordinator is at your institution. If they are unable to help you, you can also contact info@fitt.ca.
I’m taking a FITTskills online course or workshop. Who should I contact if I have questions?
For any questions about course formats, deadlines, access, technical issues, etc., please send an email to info@fitt.ca.
I registered for a FITTskills online course. When is the deadline for taking my final assessment?
You can check the date of your assessment deadline by logging into your FITT Student account. Visit https://fittfortrade.com/user and enter your FITT ID and password to log in. Select FITT Students from your account menu and then My Student Records from the dropdown menu. Here, you’ll be able to review your current and past courses, assessment deadline(s) and your final grades!
What do I do if I have any technical difficulties during my online exam?
Our exam platform includes 24/7 support via online chat or phone, as well as a contact form that can be used. To access any of these options, please go to https://support.proctoru.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.
