In this session, Toufik will use the seafood supply chain as a practical case study to explore how companies source raw product internationally, manage inbound logistics, coordinate processing and storage, and move finished products to market. While the examples will draw from seafood and food production, the lessons apply broadly to companies involved in the international trade of physical products.
